1、子宫内膜腺癌组织中FHIT蛋白的表达及其意义论文【摘要】目的探讨子宫内膜腺癌组织中脆性组氨酸三联体（FHIT）蛋白的表达及其意义。方法应用免疫组织化学EnviSion法检测20例正常子宫内膜和70例子宫内膜腺癌组织中FHIT表达情况。结果子宫内膜腺癌组织中FHIT阳性表达率明显低于正常子宫内膜组织（χ2=10.45,P0.01）；子宫内膜腺癌组织中FHIT蛋白的表达与其病理分级、手术临床分期、肌层浸润深度以及淋巴结转移有关（χ2=4.83～13.12,P0.01、0.05）。结论FHIT蛋白表达下降可能与子宫内膜腺癌的发生发展及浸润和转移有关。【

4、ociatedphnodemetastasisofendometrialadenocarcinoma.［KEYORI等10对62例结肠癌进行研究显示，结肠癌组织异常FHIT转录本的检出率为50%。LEE等11在35例胃腺癌中检出20例存在FHIT基因高频率的缺失、异常转录，提示FHIT基因的缺失和（或）异常可能导致肿瘤的发生。本研究结果表明，与正常子宫内膜组织相比，子宫内膜腺癌组织FHIT基因表达下调,提示FHIT基因表达的下调或缺失可能参与了子宫内膜腺癌发生过程。关于FHIT基因异常与子宫内膜癌临床病理参数的关系，目前研究所得结论不相一致，甚至相
