1、康复科患者医院感染病原菌分布及耐药性分析北京中医医院顺义医院北京顺义101300摘要:目的探讨康复病IX患者医院感染的易感部位及病原菌耐药性,为临床诊治和科学选药提供依据,降低医院感染率。方法调查2013年1月-2015年12月收治的1720名脑血管疾病康复期患者的临床资料;病原菌分离培养及菌种鉴定;数据处理采用WHONET5.5软件。结果1720例康复科患者发生医院感染109例,117例次,感染率6.34%,例次感染率6.8%,感染部位以下呼吸道和泌尿道感染为主,分别占55.3%和24.1%。病原菌培养出117株,
2、其中革兰氏阴性杆菌占69.23%,革兰氏阳性菌占24.97%,真菌占5.98%。结论脑血管疾病患者容易继发医院感染,无论是急性期还是康复期患者,且感染病原菌的耐药性tl渐严重,制定和执行有效的干预措施,加强抗菌药物使用管理和执行力度,控制侵入性操作等,有助于降低医院感染发病率。关键词:脑血管疾病康复期患者;医院感染;病原菌;耐药性【中图分类号】R5S7.23【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1001-5213(2016)09-0238-01Rehabilitaionofpatientswithhospitalinfecti
