1、卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗孕产妇产后出血的临床观察郑莉郑莉(四川省宜宾市长宁县人民医院四川宜宾644300)【摘要】目的：分析研宄卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗产妇产后出血的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2014年5月至2015年5月期间收治的62例产妇产后出血患者，为了保证实验结果的公平性和公正性原则，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各自31例，对照组给与缩宫素+米索前列醇治疗，观察组给予缩宫素+卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗，对两组患者治疗效果进行对比观察。结果：从治疗效率方面分析，观察组和对照组分别为：96.77%,77.42%
2、,组间差异明显，经χ2检验，证明有统计学研究意义，P<0.05。从两组患者产后出血量和止血时间分析，观察组较对照组更优，组间差异显著P<0.05。从不良反应发生率方面分析，观察组和对照组分别为:3.23%,19.36%,组间差异经χ2检验，证明P<0.05，有统计学研究意义。结论：卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗产后山血的应用效果更显著，且安全可靠、不良反应发生率少，在临床有推广和普及的价值。【关键词】卡前列素氨丁三醇；产妇；出血；临床疗效【中图分类号】R714【文献标识码】A【文
