1、参与工娱治疗对精神科见习护生临床沟通能力的影响王继辉,钟智勇,甘照宇,韩自力通信作者:韩自力,副教授;电话:020-85253129;手机:13312883609E-mail:13312883609@189.cn (心理科,中山大学附属第三医院,广州市天河区天河路600号,510630)[摘要]目的研究参与工娱治疗对精神科见习护生临床沟通能力的影响。方法将64例护理本科三年级学生随机分为研究组(32例)和对照组(32例)。研究组和对照组均按照《精神科护理学》见习要求,在精神科见习2周,共10学时;研究组在见习过程中,另外参与由带教老师组织的针对精神病人的工娱治疗2次,每次
2、1h。在基线、见习末评定临床沟通能力量表。结果临床沟通能力量表总分和各个分量表分在见习前、后的差异具有统计学意义(F值分别为206.72,78.82,16.69,31.95,42.56,24.69,41.96,均为P<0.01);两组之间在量表总分以及建立和谐关系、敏锐倾听、确认病人问题、传递有效信息的分量表分上的差异具有统计学意义(F值分别为10.98,6.74,7.93,4.73,5.41,均为P<0.05)。结论参与由带教老师组织的工娱治疗是提高精神科见习护生临床沟通能力的有效方法。[关键词]护生;工娱治疗;沟通能力Theefficacyofparticipatingi
