1、槐定碱抗骨癌痛作用和其机制探究[摘要]目的:采用W256癌细胞诱导的骨癌痛模型大鼠探讨槐定碱抗癌痛药效及其作用机制。方法:采用骨髓腔注射W256癌细胞复制骨癌痛大鼠模型;造模10d后选取模型复制成功的大鼠36只随机分为模型对照组及槐定碱治疗组,另取同期10只大鼠作为正常对照组;治疗组大鼠于造模第15天开始给予槐定碱25mg•kg-1治疗10d;各组大鼠给药前、后测量机械痛阈和热痛阈,末次给药后,对大鼠患肢进行放射学和组织病理学观察,并采用免疫组化法检测大鼠患肢肿瘤组织环氧酶-2(COX-2)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的表达。结果:槐定碱可明显提高骨癌痛大鼠机械痛阈和
