3、'swaterformorethan60elderlypeoplehavereached136million,accountingfor10percentshareofthetotalpopulationofmorethantheagingofthepopulationtoenterthecountry.Moreprominentisthattheelderlyovertheageof80hasreached13millionandanaverageannualrateof5.4percent.Themiddleofthiscentury,60yearsoldorolderwillreacha
4、bout400million,whenoneinfourelderlypeople.China'spopulationagestructureintooldagebytheadulttype,datefrom1982to2000,only18years,comparedwithsomedevelopedcountries,thespeedofthebaseofthelargenumberoftheelderlypopulationisanunprecedentedof.Populationagingintheprocessofdevelopment,althoughthegrowthrateo
5、fChina'srapidlyagingpopulation,butfromthebeginningofthe21stcentury,theChineseeconomywillachievethedevelopmentobjectivesofthethirdstep,30to21years,theworkingpopulationtheproportionofthetotalpopulationhasremainedmorethan60%,withalongtimeinChina'slaborresourcesarestillrelativelyabundantandlowageoftheol
6、derpopulationaccountsfor70%ofhealthyelderly.Therefore,theagingofthepopulationonChina'sprospects,theydonothavetoworry,cannotbenegligent,aslongasdoingagoodjob,governanceofChina'spopulationaging,wearefullofconfidence.Itisworthnotingthatattheturnofthecenturyabouttheimportanceof20-yearhistoricalperiod,Ch
