3、eaterthan$230billion.whenhundredsorthousandsofvehiclesaresharingthesameroadsatthesametime,leadingtothealltoofamiliarexperienceofcongestedtraffic.Trafficcongestionunderminesourqualityoflifeinthesamewayairpollutionunderminespublichealth.Around1990,roadtransportationprofessionalsbegantoapplythem
4、totrafficandroadmanagement.Thuswasborntheintelligenttransportationsystem(ITS).Startinginthelate1990s,ITSsystemsweredevelopedanddeployed。Indevelopedcountries,travelerstodayhaveaccesstosignificantamountsofinformationabouttravelconditions,whethertheyaredrivingtheirownvehicleorridingonpublictrans
5、itsystems.Astheworldenergycrisis,andthewarandtheenergyconsumptionofoil--andarefullofenergy,inoneday,somedayitwilldisappearwithoutatrace.Oilisnotinresources.Soinoilconsumptionmustbecleanbeforefindingareplacement.Withthedevelopmentofscienceandtechnologytheprogressofthesociety,peopleinventedthee
6、lectriccar.Electriccarswillbecomethemostidealoftransportation.Inthedevelopmentofworldeachaspectisfruitful,especiallywiththeautomobileelectronictechnologyandcomputerandrapiddevelopmentoftheinformationage.Theelectroniccontroltechnologyinthecaronawiderangeofapplications,theapplicationoftheelectr
