4、感染的诊治摘要随着人工关节假体在临床的广泛应用，人工关节假体周围感染的问题逐渐突出，其作为关节置换手术最为严重的并发症，具有生物膜这种独特的致病机制。在机体中，植入物作为“异物”存在，而生物膜的独特形式亦造成了生物膜细菌识别和治疗的困难，人工关节假体感染的诊断与治疗仍是临床医师的一大挑战，该文就人工关节假体感染的定义、发生机制、危险因素的评估、诊断和治疗等方面进行综述。关键词：人工关节假体感染，生物膜，诊断，治疗，预防1英文摘要TheDiagnosisandTreatmentofProstheticJointIn
