2、toinvestigatethepotentialinteractionsbetweenchitosanandteapolyphenolsinthefilms.Physicalpropertiesofthechitosanfilmsincorporatedteapolyphenols,includingdensity,moisturecontent,opacity,color,watersolubilityandwatervaporpermeability,weremeasured.Antioxidantactivityo
3、fthefilmswascharacterizedintermsoftotalphenoliccontentand2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazylfreeradicalscavengingactivity.Theresultsindicatedthattheincorporationofteapolyphenolscausedinteractionsbetweenchitosanandteapolyphenolsandgaverisetothefilmsdarkerappearance.After
4、theadditionofteapolyphenols,thefilmsshowedincreasedwatersolubilityanddecreasedwatervaporpermeability.Meanwhile,theincorporationofteapolyphenolsenhancedthetotalphenoliccontentand2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazylfreeradicalscavengingactivityofthefilms,i.e.,increasedthea
