1、摘要随着能源形势的日益严峻，国家节能减排、淘汰落后力度的不断加大，炼油企业面临着日益严峻的竞争与抉择。要想在当今大的节能环境下求得长远发展，必须在能源管理、能源消耗、节能技术上不断完善、优化。HK瑞林公司作为一家地方炼油企业，进行有效的能源管理不仅可以提高能源效率、降低成本、提高企业经营业绩和声誉，还可以促进企业创新，提高核心竞争力。本文首先研究了国内外能源管理相关理论，简要介绍了HK瑞林公司的基本情况，并在此基础上研究HK瑞林公司能源管理现状，分析了HK瑞林公司现有能源管理的基本情况，如公司现有生产工艺流程、能源生产设备情况、能源技术情况，能耗状况、现有能源管

2、理体系中组织结构、制度流程、能源培训等方面的现状，进而有针对性的指出HK瑞林公司在生产管理、组织管理、能源技术、能源合作方面的问题，并提出构建管控一体能源管理中心、完善能源管理组织建设、建立能源管理目标考核体系、加强节能技术改造、加强合同能源管理等六个方面的对策经过一年的实践运行，表明以上建议切实可行，体现出了能源管理在节能方面的效果，能源效率提升8%，具有一定的推广应用价值。关键词：炼油企业，能源管理，节能降耗iResearchontheEnergyManagementIntheHKRuilinCompanyWangHui（ProjectManagement）
