1、宫腔镜下不同手术方式对内膜息肉治疗价值对照分析湖南省岳阳市妇幼保健院414000【摘要】目的：研究宫腔镜下不同手术方式对子宫内膜息肉治疗价值。方法：取我院2014年1月一2015年6月子宫内膜息肉患者64例，随机将子宫内膜息肉患者分为2组，两组均采用宫腔镜手术，单极组行单极子宫内膜息肉切除联合息肉旁浅层内膜切除术；汽化电切组行内膜息肉切除联合息肉旁浅层内膜汽化电切术。就两组患者术中液体吸收量、电切所需时间、标木取出时间、术后24小时疼痛评分和子宫内膜息肉治疗总有效率、术后并发症进行比较。结果：汽化电

2、切组子宫内膜息肉治疗总有效率跟单极组无显著差异，P>0.05o汽化电切组患者术后24小时疼痛评分跟单极组无显著差异，P>0.05o但汽化电切组术中液体吸收量、电切所需时间、标木取出时间均明显优于汽化电切组，P<0.05o两组术后均仅有个别患者体温一过性升高，无感染、宫腔粘连、子宫穿孔或电解质紊乱等并发症发生，二者无显著差异，P>0.05。结论：宫腔镜下不同手术方式对内膜息肉治疗均有一定价值，可获得满意疗效，但子宫内膜息肉切除联合息肉旁浅层内膜汽化电切术可更好缩短手术时间。【关键词】
