3、baseofinformation,operationSPSS17.0chi-squaretestandlogisticregressionanalysisstatisticaltest.Results7categoriesprepackagedfoodwereincluded;745kindson2011and885kindson2013;Totalnutritionlabelsintwoinvestigationswere330(44.3%)and734(82.9%),energylabelingandcorenutrients,

4、regulatetherateincreaseddramatically.nutritionclaimandcorrespondingstandardizationrates,nutritionfunctionalitylabelandcorrespondingstandardizationrateswere75(22.7%)and69(92.0%),38(11.5%)and30(78.9%)in2011;Correspdingly,78(10.6%)and76(97.4%),55(7.5%)and53(96.4%)in2013.Nu

5、tritionlabelingrelatedquestionsansweredcorrectlyratewerelowerthen25%,girlsbetterthanboys,medicalstudentsbetterthannon-medicalstudents.Collegestudentsforourcountryatpresentthenutrientcontentoffoodpackaginglabelandinstructionsverytrustaccountsforonly12.2%.Professional,gen
