4、thermalstability,waterholdingcapacity,oilabsorptionabilityandotherphysicalandchemicalpropetiesofcottonseedprotein,thealkali-extractionconditionsofthepolysaccharidesincottonseedmealareconfirmed.Theresultsareasfollows:1.Theoptimumconditionsofalkali-extractionofcotto
