6、···························39个人简历························································································40中中中文文文文摘摘摘摘要要要要癫痫患者认知功能损害的特点、、影响因素及其与血清、影响因素及其与血清IGF-1水平的相关性研究摘要目的:探讨癫痫患者认知功能水平及其损害的特点,分析认知功能的影响因素,及其与血清胰岛素样生长因子-I(IGF-1)水平的相关性。方法:本研究记录癫痫患者临床资料、抗癫痫药物(AEDs)使用情况及脑电图结果等,采
7、用蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)对50例癫痫患者及30例健康者进行认知功能评定,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清IGF-1表达水平。结果:1.癫痫患者MoCA总分、视空间执行、命名、记忆、注意力、语言、定向力得分、血清IGF-1表达水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。2.不同教育程度、脑电图异常情况的癫痫患者MoCA评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。教育水平越高,认知评分越高;脑电图存在癫痫样异常放电,认知评分低。3.癫痫患者MoCA评分与病程呈负相关(P<0.05),与血清I
