1、东华大学硕士学位论文RAFT法与点击化学结合制备两亲性共聚物网络Firstly,s-1-dodecyl-s’-(α,α’-dimethyl-α’’-dimethyl-α’’-aceticacidtrithiocarbonate(TTC/RAFT-COOH)hasbeenpreparedbyphasetransfercatalysisreaction.Secondly,inthepresenceofDCC/DMAPcatalyticsystem,TTCreactswithdihydroxyen-polydimethylsiloxane(HO-PDMS-OH)viaesterif
2、icationtoobtainthemacro-RAFTagent(RAFT-PDMS-RAFT).ThenmonomerN,N’-dimethylacrylamide(DMA)waspolymerizedwiththepresenceofmacro-RAFTagenttoproduceatri-blockpolymerPDMA-PDMS-PDMA,whichisthenappliedtocontrolthepolymerizationofallylmethylacrylate(AMA)toobtaintheallylfunctionedblockpolymerPAMA-PD
3、MA-PDMS-PDMA-PAMA.Afteritsendgroupsbeingremovedbybutylamide,PAMA-PDMA-PDMS-PDMA-PAMAhasbeencrosslinkedbythreedifferentmethods(i.e.hydrosilylationmethod,thermalinducedthiol-enemethodandUV-inducedthiol-enemethod).Amongthesecrosslinkingmethods,thethermalinducedmethodhasbeenchosentobethebestcro
4、sslinkingmethod,whichisjudgedfromthecrosslinkingresults.Finally,variouspropertiesofresultantAPCNshavebeencharacterized,whichshowslowsolcontent,goodswellingbehavior,uniformmicrophasetopology,andlowcytotoxicitytofindoutwhetherthiskindofmaterialwillbepropertoappliedintheareasofcontactlenses,bi
5、omedicalmaterials,semi-permeatingmembranesaswellasotherapplications.Themainresearchworkisdescribedasfollowed:(1)SynthesisofRAFTagents:s-1-dodecyl-s’-(α,α’-dimethyl-α’’-dimethyl-α’’-aceticacidtrithiocarbonate(TTC/RAFT-COOH)hasbeenpreparedbyphasetransfercatalysisreaction,whichisbeenesterifica
6、tedwithOH-PDMS-OHatthecatalystationofDCC/DMAPtoformthePDMS-basedmacro-RAFTagent.Theeffectsoftemperature,pHandtimeoncatalysisreactionduringthesynthesisofRAFT-COOHandPDMSbasedmacro-RAFTagenthavebeendiscussed.ThestructureofthechaintransferagentshasalsobeencharacterizedindetailbyFTIRand1HNMRmea
