3、························································18个人简历·································································································19中文摘要miR-421在消化系统肿瘤中的研究进展摘要MicroRNA(微小核糖核酸;miRNA)是一类约20-24个核苷酸组成的小RNA,其在细胞内具有多种重要的作用。它的表达与个体的分化及发育生长以及恶性肿瘤发生发展转移密切关联,据近几年研究发现许多miR

4、NA可作为原癌基因或者抑癌基因,参与多种恶性肿瘤的发生演进。是肿瘤发生、发展、转移过程中的重要分子,其中对miR-421的研究越来越受人关注。miR-421在多种肿瘤中,比如胃癌、肝癌、胰腺癌、胆管癌、骨肉瘤、肺癌、肾上腺皮质癌、肾癌、结直肠癌、鼻咽癌等的组织细胞中表达上调,可能发挥着类似癌基因的功能。本文就miR-421在消化系统肿瘤中的调控机制、增殖凋亡、侵袭与转移、耐药的作用以及miR-421与消化系统肿瘤的发病机制、诊治及评估预后等方面的研究进行综述。关键词:miR-421,消化系统肿瘤,生物学行为,分子标记物,文献综述1英文摘要Researchprogressof

6、,ithasbeenfoundthatmanymiRNAcanbeusedasproto-oncogenesortumorsuppressorgenestoparticipateintheevolutionofmanymalignanttumors.Itisanimportantmoleculeintheprocessoftumorigenesisanddevelopment,amongwhichmiR-421hasattractedmoreandmoreattention.miR-421isup-regulatedincellsortissuesofvarioustumo
