1、急性白血病患者化疗期间感染的相关因素及护理对策王莉田静谢晓燕熊冬梅杜凌艳刘丽华(四川省乐山市人民医院肿瘤科614000)【摘要】目的:木文对急性白血病患者化疗期间感染的相关因素及护理对策的探讨。方法：木文将运用回顾性分方法分析急性白血病患者感染部位的分布情况。并运用单因素回归分析对急性白血病患者化疗期间感染的相关因素进行筛选，在此基础上选择有统计学意义的变量进行多因素逐步回归分析。找出影响化疗期间感染的重要因素，进而提出护理对策。结果：通过分析发现，患者的年龄、疾病时间、化疗次数等是急性白血病患者化疗期间发生感染的重要因素，而性别与发生
2、感染无明显联系。临床上，还有一些影响因素，比如护理人员的水平资质、病房布局及消毒情况、护理宣传教育情况等。结论：根据分析结果可以得知，可对患者及家属进行常识教育，综合分析急性白血病患者在化疗期间感染的相关因素、提升护理人员资质、加强护理，从根木上解除这些易引起感染的因素，能降低急性白血病患者的易感率，为患者带来福音。【关键词】急性白血病；化疗期感染；影响因素；护理对策【中图分类号】R473.5【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752(2015)12-0261-02Therelatedfactorsandnursingcounter
