2、ating,moreandmorebusinessesofalltypesareoperatinginternationallyinvariousways.Withchina’saccessiontotheWTOtherehasbeenadramaticincreaseinthenumberofChineseenterprisesandproductsflowingintotheinternationalmarketwhileatthesametimetheincreasedtransparencyandadvantagesthatWTOmembers
3、hipconfershaveusheredinanewseaofforeigngoodsintoourdomesticmarket.Tosurviveinthefierceglobalmarket,theyhavetomakealotofpromotionsfortheirproductsinforeignmarkets.Inthissituation,advertisementtranslationisincreasinglyshowingitsimportance.However,inallnationalmarkets,particularlyi
4、nChina,unsatisfyingtranslationisappearinginmediaeverandagain,whichnotonlymeansfinancialloss,butalsoimpairsthepublicimageofmanufacturersaswell.Hence,itbecomesanurgenttaskforthosedevotedtotranslationpracticetoseekasuitabletheoryforguidance.Therefore,thisthesiswilltalkabouttheadver
5、tisingEnglishanditstranslation.Firstofall,Iwilltalkaboutthepurposeandsignificanceofthestudy,itincludestheimportanceoftheadvertising,then,Iwilltalkaboutthedimensionsofadvertisingand,inthispartIwilltakeabriefintroductiontoadvertisingandthedefinitionofadvertising.Inchapter3Iwillpre
