1、____________________________________________________________________________________________目录【内容摘要】岁月匆匆，20世纪转眼已过去，在过去的百年里，人类社会发生了巨大的变化，世界教育在忠实地反映这些变化的同时，自身也在不断创新和发展；近半个世纪来，世界教育论坛流派迭起，群昨灿烂，异彩纷呈；笔者通过长期的数学教学实践与研究，认为初中数学小班化课堂实施探究式教学，充分利用了小班化人数少，师生、生生交流互动时间多等优势，在课堂能充分实施等高、等爱、等距教育，充

2、分体现了新课标所倡导的“让学生经历从数学体验解决问题的多样性；学会与人合作，独立探究，能与他人交流思维过程的结果；感受数学的严谨性和结论的确定性；”的教育理念；符合人的生理、心理发展特点及认识发展规律，实现了学生从“感知（具体）到概括（抽象），再从根括（抽象）到实际（应用）”的二次认识飞跃，促进了学生多元智力的发展，具体多姿多彩地展示了学生的个性特征，是浩如烟海中崛起的世界教育最具影响的教学方式；笔者通过实施创设氛围激励探究；观察猜想，自主此教学法对学生的持续发展、终身学习、构建共生共长及和而不同的课堂生态环境能产生积极深远的影响。关键词：初中数学小
