1、分析经伤椎置钉短节段椎弓根钉内固定在胸腰段脊柱骨折脱位治疗中的应用观察（德阳市人民医院四川德阳618000）【摘要】目的：通过对比经伤椎置钉短节段椎弓根钉A固定对于治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折脱位患者的临床效果和相关表现。方法:选取我院骨科2011年2月〜2016年2月收治入院的胸腰段脊柱骨折脱位患者60例，随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，观察组患者行经伤椎置钉短节段椎弓根钉内固定术，对照组患者行跨节段椎弓根钉内固定术治疗，分析对比两组患者手术的治疗效果及相关表现。结果：两组患者术后椎管面积改善值以及内固定情况对比，观察组患者椎管面积改善优于对照组，两组患者对比具
