1、层流手术室感染控制存在的问题及护理措施敖永琼(四川省成都市第五人民医院手术室611130)【摘要】目的:探讨层流手术室感染控制存在的问题及护理措施。方法：选取2013年9月至2013年12月在我院手术室进行手术的190例患者作为对照组。自实施感染控制管理之后的2013年12月至2014年2月在我院手术室进行手术的260例患者作为观察组。结合医院木身具体情况，将层流手术室感染控制前后患者的感染发生率与满意度数据进行比较。结果:对照组190例患者中发生感染的有6例，观察组260例患者中发生感染的有2例，明显低于对照组；对照组满意度为66.84%

7、与抢救急危患者的重要场所，亦是体现该医院的综合实力的重点科室，是确保手术成功的基本保障，层流手术室的感染控制是否优良，与手术切口感染息息相关，0前己成为医院管理与建设的重点工作［1】。为此，我院加强了对层流手术室感染的监测和控制，制定了高效可行的护理措施，以降低医院感染的危险程度以及手术感染率，取得了良好的效果，现报道如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料选取2013年9月至2013年12月在我院手术室进行手术的190例患者作为对照组。2013年12月之后，我院对层流手术室进行了全面的手术室感染控制管理。自实施感染控制管理之后的2013年12月至

8、2014年2月在我院手术室进行手术的260例患者作为观察组。两组患者在其性别、年龄、病程、文化教育程度等方面比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)，具有组间可比性。1.2方法1
