1、ASolutiontoIdentificationofOilStorageTankDisplacementandCalibrationTableofTankCapacityAbstractWhenstudyingtheproblemofundergroundoilstoragetankdisplacement,weusemicro-elementmethodandtheprincipleofequaleffectstoestablishamathematicalmodelabouttheidentificat
2、ionofoilstoragetankdisplacementandthecalibrationtableoftankcapacity.Asaresult,weachievethetankdipandthecalibrationtableoftankcapacity.Forthefirstproblem,weworkoutthevolumeofeachpartbyusingintegrationaftercuttingthetiltedtankintotworegularparts.Thenwecangett
3、herelationshipbetweentheheightsandthereservesinthetiltedtank,wecanalsowokoutthecalibrationtableoftankcapacity.Sincetheexpressionoftherelationshipbetweentheheightsandthereservesissocomplex,weuseasimplymultinomial(aunitaryfunction)insteadthecomplexexpressionc
4、onsideringtheengineeringcalculation.Forthesecondproblem,thetanktransversedisplacementdoesnothaveeffectsontheoilshapeinthetankbecausethebodyshapeoftheoilstoragetankiscylinder,sotheprocesswhichbesimultaneousverticaltiltinthehorizontaldeflectionisequivalenttot
5、woprocesses,asifthehorizontaldeflectionoccursafterthetankhasbeentiltedintheverticaldirection.Afterusingthemethodofsegmentation,combinationandcalculus,wepresentaapproximatecalculationexpressionbasedoncompensationprinciple;buttheexpressionjustpointstherelatio
6、nbetweenoilreservesandtheheightintheverticaltiltdirection.Thenfindingouttherelationbetweenthefinaloillevelheightandtheheightinthehorizontaldeflectiondirection,whichisonthebasisoftheirgeometricalrelationship,wegetthefinalexpressionbetweentheoilreservesandthe
7、finalheight,thelongitudinalandtransversegradientdeflectionangle.Afterwardsthestandardlibrarytablecanbeestablishedtocontainbothverticalandhorizontalangleasprojects,therelationshipbetweentheoilreservesandthefinaloillevelheightbasedtheexpression.Accordingtothe
8、standardfunctionlibrarytable,wefindthattheverticalangleisabout5°andthehorizontalangleisabout7°whencomparedthecurvefittedbythegivendatawiththefunctionsinthestandardtable.Atlast,weworkoutcalibrationtable
