1、摘要对于任何一个国家而言企业集团的发展和壮大对提升国际竞争力和推动经济发展都具有重人作用。财务管理在企业集团的管理中i•有重要的组成部分，其中资金管理是财务管理的核心内容。在我国很多企业集闭的资金管理依然处于很松散的状态，各成员被集闭公司所控制十分有限，对亍资金的控制没有到位，很难实现资金管理1=1标。H前我国企业集团资金管理中出现了很多问题：资金分散，效率低下；资金管理的风险控制能力不强；忽略资金管理，影响企业效益等。我国企业集M资金管理存在这些H题的原因有：企业集W法人治理结构不合理、各项资金管理制度不完善、

2、财务风险管控能力较弱、财务人员素质较低以及资金管控模式创新不足。对于如何提高企业集团内的资金管理水平本文给出了几个冇效对策，即从法人的治理结构上进行完善、在制度上对资金管理进行规范、建立更加有效的资金管现风险防范机制、对资金管理人才上的培养和储备加以重视和加强企业资金管理方而的创新等。关键词：企业集团；资金管理；对策ABSTRACTForanycountrytodevelopmentandexpansionofenterprisegroupstoimproveinternationalcompetitivenes
