1、题目:宝马3系2016款328ixDriveM运动型四轮转向传动系统设计学院:专业:学号:学生姓名:指导教师:摘要本文主要介绍了四轮转向传动系统的发展以及它的总体结构和实现原理,并对转向系统动力传递过程和路径进行了简单阐述。根据以上所说理论技术为指导,参考宝马3系2016款328ixDriveM运动型的主要相关参数,严格按照设计程序,设计出了汽车四轮转向系统。本文主要设计了前轮转向器主要部件并对其计算校核,后轮转向执行器,齿轮齿条等并校核。四轮转向传动系其前、后轮转角主要是由车速传感器、方向盘转角传感器、前轮转角传感器、后轮转角传感器、前轮转
2、速传感器、后轮转速传感器感应到车速、转向盘转角等一系列物理信号,然后发送至四轮转向系统ECU内,信号经过计算处理,以电信号的形式传至前、后伺服电动机,最终实现前、后轮所需的方向及转角大小。该系统很大程度上改善了车辆在低速时的转向灵活性和高速时的操纵稳定性,使车辆在转向时响应快,转向性能好,直线行驶稳定性高。前轮转向器是整个四轮转向机构的基础部分,设计为电动助力的齿轮齿条式转向器。后轮转向的主要执行部件是后轮执行器。综合前轮转向器和后轮执行器的设计,使得四轮转向系统总成的设计得以实现。关键词:四轮转向系统;电动助力转向器;后轮转向执行器IIIA
