1、朔州职业技术学院2012届毕业论文金融控股公司的生成演变、风险控制与发展研究摘要：随着金融自由化和全球化的发展,全球金融体系发生了深刻变化。世界各国金融业经营制度和金融企业组织模式在演进上的这种部分趋同性表明,金融控股公司作为一种混业经营的金融企业组织模式,其产生和发展有内在的必然性。作为一种金融业经营制度模式,金融控股公司代表着随着金融业社会分工的演进所产生的对金融业务多元化的需求、对银行经营制度变革的需求，它比较好地满足了企业综合化经营的需求，并且与现代金融业的经营特点相适应。金融控股公司这种组织形式能够适应快速变化的竞争环境,是现代金融企业核心竞争能力的构成要素
