1、血小板冰冻后凝血质量的变化对比分析蔡莉莉(商丘市第一人民医院输血科河南商丘476100)摘要:目的:探讨不同降温速率制备方法对冰冻血小板凝血质量的影响,以选择最优降温速率。方法:收集16例健康捐血者200ml全血,制备浓缩血小板,按照不同冷冻速率(A组l°C/min、B组10°C/min、C组20°C/min)冰冻血小板,储存1周后复温,测定血小板凝血质量,与对照组(新鲜血小板)及(D组)非程序降温组比较。结果.•A、B、C、D组血小板计数均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组血小板计数、回收率及聚
2、集率均明显高于A、C、D组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A、C、D组CD42b水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05),B组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。A、C、D组CD62p水平明显高于对照组(P<0.05),B组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。各组CD41与对照组相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)o结论:冰冻血小板凝血质量受降温速率影响比较大,10°C/min为最优降温速率。关键词:降温速率;冰冻血小板;凝血质量Afterfrozenplateletclottingchange
