2、同受教育程度、不同职业和医疗保障分组的育龄妇女的乙肝和乙肝疫苗知晓具有统计学差异；多因素Logistic回归发现，被调查育龄妇女的年龄、受教育程度和职业均对其乙肝病毒母婴传播的知晓具有影响。结论　保定某县农村育龄妇女的乙肝和乙肝疫苗知晓率较高，但对乙肝症状和乙肝病毒传播渠道的相关知识知晓程度较低，需结合农村实际和育龄妇女特点，开展多种形式健康教育以提高育龄妇女对乙肝相关知识的认知。关键词:育龄妇女；乙肝；乙肝疫苗；认知；影响因素CognitionofHepatitisBandRiskFactorsamongFertileWom
