1、正颁外科和正畸联合治疗发育性下颁骨不对称畸形的护理分析袁琴(南京大学医学院附属门腔医院南京市门腔医院江苏南京210008)【摘要】R的：研宂并探讨正颌外科和正畸联合治疗发育性不颌骨不对称畸形的护理方法及护理效果。方法：选取100例发育性K颌骨不对称畸形患者作为研究对象，选取自2011年1月〜2015年1月。采取数字抽签法进行分组，分为各有50例患者的对照组和观察组。所有患者均进行正颂外科联合正畸治疗，对照组施行常规护理，观察组施行综合护理。对比两组患者护理后的美观程度、SAS评分、SDS评分、生活质量。结果：护理后，观察组的美观度为84%,明显高于对照组的62%(

2、P<0.05)；观察组患考的SAS评分、SDS评分分别为(38.95±4.32)分、(37.18±4.02)分，明显低于对照组的(47.54±6.23)分、(46.39±5.07)分(P<0.05)；观察组患者的生活质量总评分为(80.24±6.71)分，明显高于对照组的(67.82±6.03)分(P<0.05)。结论:在发育性下颂骨不对称畸形患者的临床治疗过程屮，给予患者综合护理干预，能够有效提高颌面美观程度，缓解负性情绪，提高生活质量。【关键词】发育性下颂骨不
