1、无创助产技术在临床应用中的效果【摘要】目的：探讨无创助产技术在临床应用中的效果。方法：随机选取2016年1月-2017年1月笔者所在医院产科行阴道分娩的初产妇128例，根据患者意愿分为两组，对照组64例，采取传统助产技术辅助分娩，观察组64例，采取无创助产技术辅助分娩，比较两组第一产程、第二产程时间、分娩出血量、产后2h出血量及新生儿并发症发生情况等，比较两组会阴水肿发生情况及会阴裂伤程度。结果：两组第一产程、第二产程时间、分娩出血量、产后2h出血量及新生儿窒息发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;但观察组会阴水肿
