2、edandretinasample,P<0.01;165.0±9.0μg/gversus18.0±4.0μg/ginretinalsample,P<0.01).ThereexistsapositivecorrelationbetVEGFandretinalVEGFlevelsintheearlydiabeticNODmice(γ=0.9902,P=0.001).ThenumberofthecellsapoptosisintheganglioncellsandendotheliumcanalsobeenfoundincreasedsignificantlyintheNODg

5、ardiovasculardisease[1].Hoechanismsofhyperglycemiaandhyperglycemiaseffectontissuedamageandclinicalplicationsremainunclear.Vascularendothelialgroightplayaparticularlyimportantroleindiabeticretinopathy[2].TheexpressionchangesandeffectofVEGFonapoptosisinretinalcellsinducedbyhyperglycemiaarestille

6、lusive.  Thenonobesediabetic(NOD)mouseisanusefulandimportantmodelofautoimmunetype1diabetes.TheincidenceofspontaneousdiabetesintheNODmousevariedfrom60%to80%infemalesand20%to30%inmales.Diabetesonsettypicallyoccursat12to14alemiceandslightlylaterinmalemice[3].ThisstudyaimstostudytheexpressionofVEGF
