1、优质护理理念指导下肺癌根治术患者围术期护理效果(东南大学附属江阴医院江苏无锡214400)【摘要】目的：分析优质护理理念指导下肺癌根治术患者围术期护理效果。方法：随机选取医院收治的2014年1月到2015年1月60例肺癌根治术患者，并且依据围术期护理方式的不同，分为研究组(30例)和对照组(30例)。给予对照组肺癌根治术患者围术期中，采取常规护理干预，给予研究组患者，在优质护理理念指导下给予优质护理干预，对两组患者围术期护理效果进行比较。结果:对肺癌根治术患者，在围术期进行优质护理干预，可以发挥积极护理效果，研宄组患者围术期，在优质护理
2、理念指导下，经优质护理干预后，临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：在临床肺癌根治术患者围术期，应用优质护理理念指导下的优质护理干预，围术期护理效果要好于常规护理干预，降低不良反应发生几率，提升围术期疗效，安全有效，发挥积极手术护理效果，起到积极影响。【关键词】肺癌根治术；围术期护理；肺癌；优质护理【中图分类号】R471【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752(2016)28-0013-03Undertheguidanceofhighqualitynursingforpatientswithlungcancerdur
