1、应用艾利克联合银离子敷料在糖尿病足溃疡期换药中的效果观察赵秀芝1侯玉平2侯宁静1（通讯作者）（1,绵阳屮心医院内分泌科四川绵阳621000）（2,广元市第二人民医院四川广元628000）【屮图分类号】R473.6【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672—3783（2015）07-0054-01【摘要】目的：通过观察艾利克联合银离子敷料应用于糖尿病足溃疡期，观察其效果，以达到预防足部进一步溃烂，减少截肢致残患者的目的。方法：选取我科68例糖鉍病足患者，随机均分为干预组和对照组，干预组应用0.9%ns100m1加胰岛素40u清洗，艾利克浸泡无菌纱布湿敷创

2、面的同时给予银离子敷料填塞包扎固定，对照组应用常规清洗湿敷方法。观察记录伤门持续时间、产生的效果、治疗时间、合计费用。结果：糖鉍病足II度溃疡的治愈率显著高于对照组，溃疡平均愈合时间明显短于对照组，I度、III度溃疡的治愈率，两组比较无明显差异，但I度溃疡平均愈合时间明显短于对照组。两组I度、II度、III度治疗有效率比较无明显差异。艾利克联合银离子敷料应用于糖姒病足创面产生效果快、持续时间长久有效49.17°%、显效26.44%,节省治疗时间与换药次数，疗程总体费用有降低。结论：艾利克联合银离子敷料换药治疗糖诚病足溃疡与常规方法相比I、II度溃

3、疡愈合时间明显缩短，II度溃疡愈合情况明显提高，具有统计学意义。艾利克联合银离子敷料能减少换药次数，缩短治疗时间，减少治疗费用，对糖尿病足溃疡期治疗更具有多维的临床效益。【关键词】艾力克银离子敷料糖尿病足溃疡【Abstract】objective：byobservingtheEricsilveriondressingsusedindiabeticfootulcersperiod,observeitseffect,topreventthefeetfurtherdecay,reducetheamputationdisabi1ityinpatients
