1、亚高原地区PCT检测对细菌与病毒感染鉴别诊断的临床应用(1.丙宁市第三人民医院质控科青海丙宁810005);(2.丙宁市第三人民医院医务科青海丙宁810005);(3.青海省第三人民医院检验科青海丙宁810000);(4.丙宁市第三人民医院质控科青海丙宁810005)【摘要】目的:探讨亚高原丙宁地IX降钙素原(PCT)定量检测在鉴别诊断细菌和病毒感染中的临床应用价值。方法:釆用定量固相免疫法测定收治我院176例患者的PCT浓度,其中87例细菌感染患者、89例病毒感染患者和40例正常体检者作为木组研究对象,
2、分别检测各组的血清降钙素原浓度水平及比较各组的阳性率。结果:细菌感染组、病毒感染组和正常体检组的PCT水平分布存在统计学差异(P<0.01);细菌感染组显著高于病毒感染组和正常体检组(P<0.01);细菌性感染组阳性率达92.7%,明显高于病毒感染组阳性率10.9%,差异有极其显著性(P<0.01)。结论:PCT检测对于细菌性感染是一个敏感的新指标,而在病毒感染的患者中,PCT结果始终处于比较低的浓度水平,可为亚高原丙宁地区临床鉴别诊断细菌与病毒感染,及时合理使用抗生素提供依据。【关键词
