1、小剂量罗哌卡因复合芬太尼与等剂量单纯罗哌卡因腰-硬联合麻醉用于急诊剖宫产的临床观察呂燕(建水县妇幼保健院云南建水654399)【摘要】A的：观察小剂量罗哌卡因复合芬太尼蛛网膜1腔阻滞，与应用等剂量单纯罗哌卡因相比，能否更为安全、有效地用于急诊剖宫产术。方法：2014年5月一2014年9月在本院进行急诊剖宫产的单胎产妇60例，随机分为罗哌卡因复合芬太尼组和单纯罗哌卡因组，产妇左侧卧位下于L3-4间隙用针

3、吸变化，麻醉平面、麻醉起效时间、T肢运动神经阻滞情况，硬膜外追加局麻药、使用升压药、术屮疼痛、肌松不满意情况，记录新生儿体重、出虫1minAPgar评分，产P出血量。结果：麻醉平面复合芬太尼组高于单纯罗哌卡因组(P<0.01),麻醉起效时间复合芬太尼组长于单纯罗哌卡因组(P<0.05),血压麻醉后较术前降低(P<0.01),给药后5min、7min单纯罗哌卡因组低于复合芬太尼组(P<0.01,P<0.05),呼吸频率复合芬太尼组给药后较术前降低(P<0.01,P<0.05),使用
