1、胃癌患者术前胃镜活检病理与术后病理结果的对比分析(四川省双流县第一人民医院四川双流610200)【摘要】目的：对比分析胃癌患者术前胃镜活检病理与术后病理的结果。方法：回顾性选择我院收治的59例胃癌患者为研究对象，所有患者均行全胃切除术治疗，并经手术病理确诊。术前，所有患者均行胃镜活检病理检查。统计术前胃镜活检病理下胃癌的检出率；并对比分析术前胃镜活检病理与术后病理结果。结果：木组59例胃癌患者，在术前胃镜活检病理下确诊胃癌48例(81.36%)。针对确诊的48例胃癌患者，在病理类型上，术前胃镜活检对粘液腺癌及乳头状腺癌的检出率均高于

2、术后病理检查检出率(P<0.05)；在分化程度上，术前胃镜活检对分化较好型、分化不良型的检出率依次为47.92%、52.08%,术后病理检查依次为66.67%、33.33%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)；但在浸润深度及有无淋巴结转移上，术前胃镜活检病理结果与术后病理检查结果比较，差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)o结论：术前胃镜活检病理对胃癌的检出率较高，在病理结果上，虽对病理类型及分化程度的诊断与术后病理结果有差距，仴对胃癌浸润深度及淋巴结转移情况的诊断与术后病理结果一致性较高，可作为术前胃癌诊断的辅助工具。【关键词】胃癌
