1、他汀类药物治疗高血压和并血脂异常的观察与研究苑莉莉(沈阳市红十字会医院辽宁沈阳110013)【中图分类号】R544.1【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085(2011)46-0127-03【摘要】目的观察与研究他汀类药物治疗高血压和并血脂异常的效果。方法选取符合入选条件的80例高血压和并血脂异常的患者给予他汀类药物进行治疗，同时对其降压，调脂及心血管不良事件，肝，肾功能改变等方面进行观察与相关数据统计和分析。结果随机，双盲治疗8周末辛伐他汀组血压下降值SBP(128.2±13.8)mmHg'DBP(86.1±11

2、.3)mmHg.对照组血压下降值SBP(134.1±14.8)mmHg,BDP(90.6±13.0)mmHg.辛伐他汀组总胆固醇及LDL-C分为(5.87±0.63)mmol/l,(2.91±0.92)mmol/l.对照组总胆固醇及LDL-C分为(6.31±0.80)mmol/l,(4.20±0.98)mmol/l.两组组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组间肝，肾功及肌酶等改变比较无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论他汀类药物治疗高血压和并血脂异常有
