1、热毒宁注射液联合蒲地蓝消炎口服液治疗小儿手足口病临床疗效观察杨金琼(临沧市妇幼保健院儿科云南临沧677000)【摘要】FI的探讨热毒宁注射液联合蒲地蓝消炎门服液治疗小儿手足门病临床疗效及安全性，为有效防治手足门病提供科学依据。方法取2013年1月至2013年12月到临沧市妇幼保健院急、门诊治疗的155例手足门病患儿，随机将其分为治疗组78例，对照组77例。对照组给予热毒宁注射液0.5-0.8ml/kg.d,静脉滴注，1次/口，治疗组在此基础上加服蒲地蓝消炎门服液，<3岁5ml/次，2次/口，〉3岁1
2、0ml/次，2次/口，观察两组的临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果治疗组总有效率97.4%,对照组总有效率84.8%,治疗组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组比较差异有统计学意义；治疗组有1例患儿输液后出现皮疹，停药后消失，对照组未发现明显不良反应(P〉0.05)。结论热毒宁注射液联合蒲地兰消炎门服液治疗小儿手足门病较单一使用热毒宁注射液效果好，且不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。【关键词】热毒宁注射液蒲地兰消炎门服液小儿手足门病【中图分类号】R969【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752(2014
