1、第13卷第2期·总第202期2015年1月-下半月刊◎鼎D远UCA]程ION墩OFC蒲地蓝消炎口服液辅助治疗d,JL手足口病60例陈春梅(江西省景德镇市第一人民医院儿科，景德镇333000)摘要：目的观察对小儿手足口病患儿采用蒲地蓝消炎口服液联合利巴韦林治疗的临床效果，并分析蒲地蓝消炎口服液的药理作用，以提高我院整体的医疗水平。方法此次研究病例我们选择的是我院在2013年2月一2o14年8月这段时期内诊断、收治的小儿手足口病者，共120例。按照惠儿入院的顺序，我们将其进行了1至120号的编号，由其家长

2、代为抽取，奇数者是对照组，偶数者则自动归为实验组，两组都是6O例。具体治疗方案为：对照组接受利巴韦林治疗，实验组则联合采用本次所要研究的蒲地蓝消炎口服液药物。收集并分析120例患儿症状改善情况，包括发热以及体温消退时间等。结果治疗效果方面，实验组有效率为96．7％(58／60)，对照组为81．7％(49／60)，差异显著(P
