1、全髋置换术与半髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折疗效对比唐创业唐创业韦胜高杨秀辉（广西百色市乐业县人民医院外科广西乐业533200）【摘要】A的:对比观察全髋置换术和半髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效。方法：选择2013年1月〜2015年1月骨科治疗的50例老年股骨颈骨折患者，根据手术方式的不同分为研究组（25例，全髋置换术治疗）和对照组（25例，半髋关节置换术治疗），观察两组患者Harris髋关节功能评分及肢体缩短长度，手术时间、出血量、下床活动时间、住院时间等指标，术后并发症发生率。结果：术前两组Harris髋关节功能评分及肢体缩短长度比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,术后两组上述
2、指标均显著改善（P<0.01）,研宄组改善程度大于对照组（P<0.01）。研究组的手术时间、出血量、下床活动时间、住院时间等指标与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。研究组并发症发生率显著低于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：全髋置换术对老年股骨颈骨折的疗效优于半髋关节置换术，有效恢复髋关节功能，稳定内固定，降低并发症率，建议在老年股骨颈骨折手术屮优先选择使用。【关键词】老年股骨颈骨折；全髋置换术；半髋关节置换术；并发症【屮图分类号】R683【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752（2016）06-0025-02TotalHipArthroplastyandhemiarthropl
