4、on(HFNEF)haveanincreasedmorbidity.ButthemortalityinpatientswithHFNEFhasremainedunchangedbecausemuchlessisknownaboutthepathophysiologyandtreatmentofthisdisease.Sonowadays,HFNEFhasbecomearesearchhotspot.Objective:Toanalyzetheclinicalcharacteristicsandrelat
5、edriskfactorsofheartfailurewithnormalejectionfraction.Methods:960inpatients(≥40yearsold),admittedtoourhospitalfromJanuary2010toMay2013,weredividedintoHFNEFgroup(n=245),HFREFgroup(n=473)andnormalgroup(n=242).Theirlaboratorydata,basicdiseases,medicaltherap
6、yandechocardiographyparameterswereanalyzed.Results:TheageofpatientswithHFNEFwasolder,thenumberoffemalepatientswithHFNEFwashigher,theserumsodiumlevelswerehigher,andtheincidenceofhypertension,atrialfibrillationandcerebralinfarctionwassignificantlyhigherinH
