3、tion,goodfaith.一、劳动合同期限TermofTheContract（一）合同期限双方合同期为年，即从年月日起至年月日止，其中试用期为月。在试用期内，乙方被证明不符合录用条件的，甲方有权随时解除劳动合同。所谓试用期不符合录用条件包括：Thetermofthecontractisfor__year(s),commenceson,,andcontinuesuntil,,,ofwhichtheprobationaryperiodis___month(s).Duringtheprobationaryperiod,ift

5、uirementsoftheposition.（3）乙方在试用期内请假次数超过《员工手册》上所规定的或者迟到早退超过3次的；Thetimesoftheemployeeaskingforleavingduringtheprobationaryperiodexceedthelimitedlistedinthe,ormorethanthreetimesofbeinglateforworkand/orleavingearly.（4）乙方的背景调查或者在履历中发现有弄虚作假行为的；Theemplo

6、yeeisfoundfraudintheinvestigationofbackgroundandresume.（5）乙方顶撞上司或在工作期间发生殴斗行为的；或者其他任何主管认为乙方不能符合该职位的要求的；Theemployeecontradictssupervisorsorhasbehavioroffightingduringtheworktime,orotherthingsthatsupervisorsdonotthinksatisfytherequirementsoftheposition.二、工作内容JobConte
