1、卢页脑外伤患者术后恢复期的心理特点及护理措施研宄马竞先深圳市龙华区中心医院摘要：R的研宄颅脑外伤患者术后恢复期的心理特点以及护理措施。方法选择我院2015年7月2017年7月期间收治的120例颅脑外伤患者，按照随机数字法分为研宄组与对照组各60例，研宄组采取心理护理，对照组采取常规护理，比较两组患者护理效果。结果经过观察两组患者护理效果看出，护理前两组患者焦虑、抑郁以及恐惧心理均无明显差别（P〉0.05），护理后发现研究组患者焦虑、抑郁以及恐惧心理程度比对照组低，且明显较护理前改善（P〈0.05）;且研究组患者住院时

2、间比对照组低，但G0S评分比对照组高，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论颅脑外伤患者术后恢复期常出现焦虑、抑郁以及恐惧等心理，采取心理护理进行干预，效果显著，明显改善其不良情绪，缩短患者住院时间，促进疾病恢复，为患者预后提供有效保障，具有推广及应用的价值。关键词：心理特点;颅脑外伤;护理措施;恢复期;收稿日期：2017-09-21Studyonpsychologicalcharacteristicsandnursingmeasuresofpatientswithcraniocerebraltraumaafter
