1、船用焚烧炉PLC控制原理分析及典型故障的排除和改进“育鲲”轮焚烧炉PLC控制原理分析及典型故障的排除和改进内容摘要摘要:本文主要分析了育鲲轮所使用的ATLAS200SLWSP型焚烧炉的PLC控制原理。叙述了内加料门开启失效这一典型故障的分析及排除过程。并针对该焚烧炉设计不足之处,提出了相应的改进措施。文章首先介绍了目前船舶焚烧炉的使用情况及技术要求。其次介绍了育鲲轮焚烧炉装置的系统组成和操作方法。再者根据该焚烧炉的工作特点和控制系统的组成,以及相关国际防污染公约的规定和限制,总结出其运行中的具体控制参数,并结合系统电路图及Modicon
2、MicroTSX3722型PLC外围接线图,着重分析了该焚烧炉的PLC控制原理及其系统的控制流程;另外就焚烧炉的负压调整方法进行分析,提出了改进措施;通过分析实习期间焚烧炉内加料门开启失效的故障,介绍了内加料门启闭的控制原理及特点,并采取有效措施排除了故障,进而提出其控制的改进方案。最后结合焚烧炉叙述了机械设备日常管理注意事项和心得体会,以及实习的收获。关键词:焚烧炉参数负压TSX3722PLC控制原理故障分析改进措施ABSTRACT:ThispapermainlyintroducedthePLCcontrollingprinciple
