1、船用焚烧炉PLC控制原理分析及典型故障的排除和改进“育鲲”轮焚烧炉PLC控制原理分析及典型故障的排除和改进内容摘要摘要：本文主要分析了育鲲轮所使用的ATLAS200SLWSP型焚烧炉的PLC控制原理。叙述了内加料门开启失效这一典型故障的分析及排除过程。并针对该焚烧炉设计不足之处，提出了相应的改进措施。文章首先介绍了目前船舶焚烧炉的使用情况及技术要求。其次介绍了育鲲轮焚烧炉装置的系统组成和操作方法。再者根据该焚烧炉的工作特点和控制系统的组成，以及相关国际防污染公约的规定和限制，总结出其运行中的具体控制参数，并结合系统电路图及Modicon
