1、木香及其炮制品的抗腹泻作用与机制研究辽宁中医药大学药学院，辽宁大连116600基金项目：辽宁省自然基金项目(201202153),辽宁省教育厅一般项目(L2012350),教育部新教师傅上点基金项目(20122133120006)作者简介：张旭(1978一)，女，副教授，博士，硕士导师，研究方向为中药炮制工艺与原理解析。［摘要］目的研究木香及其炮制品对实验动物腹泻的影响，探讨其抗腹泻作用机制。方法以蓖麻油和番泻叶造成小鼠腹泻，ig木香生品和炮制品水煎液，测定小鼠腹泻指数，比较木香及其炮制品的抗腹泻作用；测定正常大鼠血清内D-木糖含量和胃液胃蛋白酶活力，探讨抗腹泻作

2、用机制。结果对番泻叶致泻的小鼠止泻作用强弱顺序为麸煨品〉纸煨品〉生品，对蓖麻油致泻的小鼠止泻作用强弱顺序为麸煨品〉生品〉纸煨品。对番泻叶致泻的小鼠，木香生品组的止泻作用随着浓度的增加而减弱，麸煨品的止泻作用随着浓度的增加而增强。麸煨木香低剂量可明显提高大鼠血清内D-木糖含量，保持胃蛋白酶活力。结论麸煨木香长于治疗小鼠大肠性腹泻，在临床应用上可替代纸煨品，其作用机制可能与其有效地促进小肠吸收，保持胃蛋白酶活力，从而达到实肠止泻的目的有关。［关键词h木香;麸煨品;腹泻指数;D-木糖;胃蛋白酶【中图分类号】R458.7【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1001-5213(20
