1、帕罗西汀与奥氮平联合治疗难治性抑郁症的临床疗效观察李欣张爱娥（青岛市黄岛区<原胶南市>六旺中心卫生院266500）【摘要】目的探讨帕罗丙汀与奥氮平联合治疗难治性抑郁症的临床疗效。方法126例难治性抑郁症患者均于2011年10月-2013年10月来我院就诊，按照随机数字表法将患者分为观察组及对照组各63例，对照组单独给予帕罗丙汀治疗，观察组给予帕罗丙汀与奥氮平联合治疗，治疗效果采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）及汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）进行评价，比较两组治疗5周后临床疗效，治疗前后HAMD评分及HAMA评分。结果观察组治疗5周后总有效率高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。
2、两组治疗前HAMD评分、HAMA评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05），治疗1周后、3周后、5周后HAMD评分、HAMA评分均低于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）,观察组治疗1周后、3周后、5周后的HAMD评分、HAMA评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论帕罗两汀与奥氮平联合治疗难治性抑郁症临床效果显著，可以在临床推广应用。【关键词】难治性抑郁症帕罗丙汀奥氮平【中图分类号】R453【文献标识码】A【文章编号】2095-1752（2013）35-0029-02Clinicalefficacyofparoxetineandolanzapineinthetreatmento
