2、onwereall5mM)ontheactivitiesofmanganeseperoxidase(MnP)andthede-colorizationratesofreactiveviolet4Rdye(100mg/L)ofC.tropicalisandS.cerevisiaewerestudied.Theresultsshowedthat:withtheprolongoftime,theactivitivesofMnPbothshowedincreasingtrendatfirstandgraduallyreduced,andachievedthem
3、aximumvalueonthefirstday.InbothC.tropicalisandS.cerevisiaefermentationsystems,comparedtothecontrol,0.5%glucoseincreasedsignificantlytheactivitiesofMnPrespectively,theactivitieswere1.20and1.79timesofthecontrol;but1.0%,1.5%and2.5%glucosedecreasedsignificantlytheactivitiesofMnP.0.5
4、%ammoniumsulfatecanincreasesignificantlytheproductionofMnP,theactivitieswerehigherthanthecontrol1.5U/L,1.8U/Lrespectively;and1.0%,1.5%and2.5%ammoniumsulfatehavesignificantinhibitoryeffects.Whenadding1mMoxalicacidtotheculturemedium,theproductionofMnPbyC.tropicalisandS.cerevisiaew
5、ereimproved,thehighestactivitiesofMnPwere6.2U/L,6.7U/Lrespectively,whichwerehighlythanthecontrol1.8U/L,2.2U/Lrespectively;but3mMand5mMofoxalicacidhavesignificantinhibitoryeffect.Cu2+,Mn2+andNa+allincreasedsignificantlyMnPactivities,andtheincreasedeffectsofCu2+werethebest,thehigh
6、estactivitiesofMnPwere5.8U/Land6.2U/Lrespectively,whichwereall1.32timesofthecontrol.InbothC.tropicalisandS.cerevisiaefermentationsystems,comparedtothecontrol,0.5%glucoseandammoniumsulfate,1mMoxalicacidincreasedsignificantlythede-colorizationratesofreactiveviolet4Rrespectively.Th
