1、蒙特利尔认知评估量表对女性抑郁症患者认知功能障碍评估的初步研究杨旻实(沈阳市精神卫生屮心110168)【摘要】目的:观察北京版蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MontrealCognitiveAssessmentScale,MoCA)对女性抑郁症患者认知功能障碍的评定效果,并对其标准效度进行检验。方法:应用简易贺能状态检查量表(Mini—MentalStateExamination,MMSE)和MoCA分别对实验组(49例女性抑郁症患者)和对照组(47例健康女性)进行认知功能评估,实验组给予对应临床治疗,并于8周后再次进行MMSE和MoCA评估。结果
2、:对照组和实验组患者治疗前后MoCA与MMSE总分均具有较好相关性(「=0.901,r=0.892,r=0.871,P<0.05)o实验组治疗前后MoCA各分测验得分及总分较对照组有差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组患者治疗后8周,除延迟记忆、抽象、视空间执行功能外,较治疗前MoCA各分测验得分及总分明显提高,具有有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组治疗前MoCA检出率明显高于MMSE检出率,差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.63,P<0.05)。结论:MoCA在临床屮筛查女性抑郁症患者的认知功能障碍具有
