1、超声引导射频消融治疗肝脏恶性肿瘤的临床研究湖南省岳阳市一人民医院超声科湖南岳阳414000【摘要】目的：探讨超声引导射频消融治疗肝脏恶性肿瘤的临床效果。方法：选取29例肝癌患者作为研究对象，所有患者均采取超声引导射频消融治疗；根据患者的治疗情况、并发症发生情况、症状缓解情况、肿瘤消融情况、甲胎蛋白变化情况，综合评价患者的临床效果。结果：29例肝癌患者均顺利完成超声引导射频消融治疗，未出现严重并发症，如腹腔大出血、脓肿、全身性疾病等；随访半年期间，12例患者症状消失，占41.38%;15例患者症状减轻，占51.72;2例患者症状不变，占6.90%;11例患者甲胎蛋白水平降低至正常
2、，占37.93%;15例患者甲胎蛋白水平降低，占51.72%;3例患者甲胎蛋白水平不变，占10.34%;瘤体直径＜3cm有7个，完全坏死6个；瘤体直径4〜5cm有20个，完全坏死13个；瘤体直径〉5cm有14个，完全坏死8个；总坏死率为65.85%。结论：超声引导射频消融治疗肝脏恶性肿瘤的临床效果显著，可显著缓解病情，改善症状、抑制病情进展，具有操作简便、安全性高、并发症少等特点，但应严格评估治疗适应症、规范操作，进一步提高疗效及安全性。【关键词】肝脏恶性肿瘤；超声引导；射频消融Clinicalstudyofradiofrequencyablationoflivercancer
