1、·1070·临床放射学杂志2014年第33卷第7期介入治疗超声与CT引导下射频消融治疗肝脏肿瘤的疗效分析陈文会，杨朝爱，江旭，刘敬禹，李慧，马青，杨继金，张华高【摘要】目的比较超声引导与cT引导下射频消融(RFA)治疗肝脏恶性肿瘤的疗效。方法回顾性分析2009年7月至2012年9月在本院行RFA治疗的病例资料。B超组42例(共47个病灶)，cT组19例(共23个病灶)，比较两组病例病灶中位无活性时间及不同时期的复发率。结果B超引导下RFA后病灶中位无活性时间为7个月，cT引导下RFA后病灶无活性时间为8个月，6个月时累积复发率分别为42．9％和31
