1、突发性耳聋患者白细胞计数与治疗方案选择　　（成都?t学院第二附属医院核工业四一六医院耳鼻喉科，成都610051）　　[摘要]目的：分析不同治疗方案对白细胞（WBC）计数升高的突发性耳聋患者预后的影响。方法：按照152例（169耳）突发性耳聋患者治疗前外周血WBC计数，将WBC计数≤10×109/L者纳入WBC正常组（n=81，90耳），将WBC计数>10×109/L者纳入WBC升高组（n=71，79耳），并按照WBC升高组患者治疗情况，将接受抗生素治疗的36例（40耳）患者纳入联合治疗组，将未接受抗生素治疗的3

2、5例（39耳）患者纳入常规治疗组。比较各组患者治疗前后听力变化及临床疗效。结果：各组患者治疗2周后听力损失程度均较治疗前下降，常规治疗组听力损失下降程度不及WBC正常组、联合治疗组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；各组患者治疗2周后WBC计数均较治疗前下降，常规治疗组治疗后WBC计数仍高于WBC正常组、联合治疗组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对于WBC计数升高的突发性耳聋患者而言，常规治疗疗效有限，应适当加用抗生素以提高其听力恢复质量。　　[关键词]突发性耳聋；白细胞计数；个体化治疗　　中图分类号：R
